Hur Hearing Backfires on Republicans

Did Mr. Biden openly cooperate with the investigation conduct at his home in Delaware? YES.

Did Mr. Biden leave boxes of classified material in the bathroom at his home in Delaware? No.

Did Mr. Biden leave boxes of classified on stage for anyone to see? No.

Did Mr. Biden have lawyers go to court to fight against turn over the classified material found at his home in Delaware? No.

Did Mr. Biden say that he could declassify material just by looking at them? No.

Muswhistle claimed the Bush gave the authority to "Dick Cheney", not to the "vice president"

Argue with the guy who claims the authority was given to Dick Cheney.
Because he knows it was given to the "vice president", whether Dick Cheney or the next guy (Joseph R. Biden)
you said the EO stated VP. So if Dick was not VP, then any declassification needed to be done while VP. What is it you don't understand exactly?

C
Trump is unfit for the job. Trump is charged with crimes for refusing to cooperate with the recovery of classified documents to their rightful owner, The National Archives.
Biden is not being charged because he wilfully returned the items.
Anything else I can clear up for you?
Now stop your whining snowflake.
Creepy is unfit right now.

Trump was not President, when he committed the crimes he was charged with....
That is the primary reason for the immunity motion he's bringing to the Supreme Court, because Trump was accused of monkeying with the election in Georgia WHILE PRESIDENT. He was accused of bribing or threatening Zelensky during a phone call WHILE PRESIDENT. He was accused of Russian collusion before and after becoming POTUS. He was accused of insurrection WHILE PRESIDENT. On Jan 6th 2021 he was still president. He didn't become an ex-president till after Jan 21st.

The excuses these leftists make for Biden’s crimes while seeking to imprison Trump for doing much less is surreal. What has happened to Americans?
yep, unclear what they think they get? It's clear they hate america. choosing man over country.

That Biden, while Vice President, could have "declassified" any classified material he had in his possession. Including anything left over from his senate days.

That Biden, while Vice President, could have "declassified" any classified material he had in his possession. Including anything left over from his senate days.
except, he never said he did.

Actually that is a derivative right, because the material was derivative, and not an original source. It contained no classification markings. They were his personal notes. And although they should not have contained classified material, they never the less did.

That's for both the Ronald Reagan, and the Joseph Biden diaries.
Markings don't make them classified.

Anyone who's attended OPSEC briefings knows this.

What makes them classified is the content.

But we're not talking about donuts and lattes.
We're talking about recordings that have been produced or discovered by investigators that shows evidence of wrong-doing.

You can still charge someone for throwing away something that has prints on it if you did it with the intent to conceal.
Fanke News.

remember, the demofks in here are all complicit sheep to creepy.

Problem with that is Biden hasn't even claimed to have attempted this.
That would let everyone know that he knew the stuff was classified.
Why declassify stuff he claims he didn't know was declassified?
He's trying to skate with the false assumption he didn't know the stuff was classified.
You're trying to have it both ways, and you can't.

Nope. Hur said that Biden knowingly retained classified information, and that he’s not being prosecuted because he’s mentally unfit to stand trial.

Some crimes are not subject to presidential immunity unless they are official acts of the office of the president. Such as Richard Nixon paid hush money to the watergate burglars.

Nixon's presidential re-election campaign used slush funds to buy the silence of the "White House Plumbers".

That was a political (personal) act, not a presidential one.

It doesn't seem to make any difference if they purposely did it or accidentally.

You're assuming that the very people who made up Russian Collusion all of the sudden can be trusted again.

The same people that planned and carried out Crossfire-Hurricane are the very people pulling this latest episode.

  1. Trump kept everything he had in a secure area under Secret Service protection.

#1 Bathrooms are not considered a secure location.

#2 The Secret Service had no part in providing protection for the materials. They were there for FPOTUS#45's physical protection. There were not there to check security clearances to use the bathroom.

  1. Joe Biden kept documents in an unsecured garage in busted open boxes next to his Corvette.

Agreed.

  1. Trump offered everything that the archives branch requested (yes requested....they could not demand it)

False. The NARA/FBI tried to obtain the return of the materials for 18 months and use under 18USC793(e) they could demand it since FPOTUS#45 wasn't the President.

  1. They came in and rifled thru all of his shit and took with them what they wanted, leaving behind other documents for some strange reason.

This make no sense. They didn't "ruffle through his shit" and leave some. FPOTUS#45 hid documents from his own lawyers as part of their attempting to comply with a Federal Court Subpoena.

They found out stuff was hidden from them, got a search warrant and went back and confiscated all the materials compliant with the search warrant.

  1. Then they filed a complaint with the DOJ claiming Trump wasn't cooperating, who then launched a raid of Trump's home in Mar-a-lago and rifled thru everything including his wife's wardrobe and his kid's drawers and closets.

Sorry, that's they way search warrants work. Hint don't try to hide classified materials if you don't want your residence searched.

  1. They took everything out of the SCIF Trump maintained on his property as president piled them up and took photos of document stacked in a bathroom and tossed some empty Secret file cards on the floor.

There was no SCIF on the MAL property. There was a temporary SCIF installed while he was President, but it was removed once he left office.

  1. Then they leaked the photos to the press. This is against the law.

No they didn't "leak" anything. Photo's were included in a court filing which is a public record.

  1. Anyone with half a brain can see they planted and moved around evidence.

Except for the fact that FPOTUS#45's OWN FREAKING STAFF were were the ones moving and hiding the materials. There is no way the FBI planted the materials during the execution of the search warrant because his own staff have confirmed there were already present.

So what.

Trump had every right to do what he did.

Trump's staff moved his stuff out of the White House when Biden was sworn in.
Trump was asking around Georgia for a valid recount and they refused.
The people that pulled the steal are now charging Trump with doing the same thing they did.

He doesn't have to "say" he did it. It just had to do it.
Like Trump claimed he did.
If Biden ever admits to declassifying anything he would be admitting that he didn't "ACCIDENTALLY" mishandle the stuff.
You know.....the stuff you claim he supposedly declassified but refuses to admit to declassifying and is currently still classified because the FBI said it was still classified.

He kept the leader of your party from going to prison. And your party shits on his head. As if you need any more evidence, Democrats are scumbags. through and through
He did nothing of the sort.

There is no way in any universe Biden was going to prison over this.

Even if Hur had video tape of Biden personally packing the boxes and laughing about the classified shit, the worst thing he could have done was recommend counts of impeachment, and we have all seen how useless impeachment is with Clinton and Trump.

When Biden leaves office, he could easily pardon himself.

So shithead Hur couldn't prove his case, decided to slander the President, and then didn't know what was in his own report.
