I don't typically see conservatives getting special treatment on social media. Most of the most active social media users are young people that tend to lean very left. The owners of said social media will cater to their biggest user pools, left wingers, which tends to lead to conservatives being ostracized. For the brand owners it's just about money. Firstly he's not saying that the government is going to stop them. That would go against the Constitution. What he's saying is that Murdoch should stop doing something for the safety of democracy.
You have a problem with one person telling another person to be RESPONSIBLE? Are you saying freedom of speech does not protect someone's right to say "be responsible"?

Secondly all rights are limited. Defamation is not protected. They can't just go out there and say whatever they like.
