Priebus would be at the top of that list and if he could fire Pence as VP and replace him that would be even better but he can't fire a VP so he is stuck with Pence.

Yeah, I'm not strongly in favor of having the NSA, but I also recognize that America's enemies have their own intelligence agencies spying on us. The only problem is when they have so much autonomy and anonymity that we don't know what the hell they're up to or who they're really spying on. Etc.

Edit: For example, when the President doesn't even know what the NSA is doing, that's a problem, IMO.
