His Imperial Majesty will make many more political enemies and will further embitter and incentivize those He already has, and will further damage the Democrat Brand - if He goes through with this - pissing on the Will of the American People - quite possibly almost guaranteeing a Republican landslide across the board in the 2016 General Election.

He may also incentivize His enemies to conjure-up a way to remove Him from office via Impeachment and Conviction. The legitimacy of the charges of 'High Crimes and Misdemeanors' will be immaterial if they can drum-up enough support by cajoling a couple of Democratic Senators and buying-off a couple of others, once the new Congress is sworn-in in January 2015, only a couple of months away.

And, say-hey, and let's not forget... the Republican -controlled House controls the nation's purse-strings, and they can pull the rug out from under a lot of the programming and agencies and initiatives that would follow an EO granting Shamnesty to millions of Illegal Aliens.

Nobody can stop His Majesty from issuing an EO, but Congress can make His life a Living Hell afterwards, and could provoke and stimulate a crisis designed to remove Him from office.

Under ordinary conditions, that might not sound all that likely, but, to tell the truth, I think we're moving into Extraordinary Territory on this one, which may serve to toss a lot of the rules and ordinary likelihoods right out the window.

If Fearless Leader goes through with this, I think He's opening-up a a can of Congressional Whoop-Ass, and, I think, enough of His fellow party-folk in Congress may also jump off the sinking Ship of Obama, and side with the American People and the Congress, rather than the Emperor - enough to greatly improve the odds of a successful Impeachment and Conviction sequence.
