Trump can file for a en Blanc appeal with the same court by the 12th. When that would be scheduled is anybody's guess.....then SCOTUS after that. Anyway, He's delayed trials by something like 135 days now......not including en Blanc.

There are even more serious challenges to Jack Smith's appointment to special prostituter status being unconstitutional.....it is. He may have to start the whole investigation all over from the start.

Then there's the question of the obstruction of an official proceeding using the Enron statutes.......it looks like US Atty's shot the wad and may have an unfavorable ruling coming their way, affecting something like 300 J6 prosecutions and Trump also.

That'll be funny as all hell if DOJ gets slapped on that.

you also seem to not realize that right now, donny's CFO copping a plea has all to do with how hard donny is gonna get slapped in his civil trial. both financially & biz'nez wise. he may looooooose the ability to CONduct any in NYS.

Bragg's case is the weakest of all. I wouldn't get my hopes up..........legal scholars of both political persuasions say so. Fed's declined to prosecute on the same charges.....that says loads.

Smith's hands are tied until at least two SCOTUS hearings are done....like most likely very late, if at all this year. You do know Smith's appointment was a COTUS violation, don't you? Ed Meese's 'friend of the court' brief is part of Smith's hands being tied.
