a. Natural rights are God-given unalienable rights. Whether French, or German, or American…all have natural rights.

b. Civil rights are these decided upon by the majority of a Democracy. A German cannot sue a Frenchman in an American court…they don’t have that civil right.

Marriage is not in the enumerated powers.
Gay marriage, therefore, is not by decided by unelected judges nor justices.....but by a majority, state by state.

That is factually wrong. Democracy is rule by the majority. It was a minority that obstructed the democratic process because of the arcane filibuster rules. 90% of the american people were in favor of universal background checks.
