Separation has never succeeded.

I'm talking about blind justice being the only thing that works.
You can never base a government on making it do what you or the majority just desires.
You can only get a government to work when you base it on limiting government to only the defense of inherent individual rights.
Whenever the desires of the majority would infringe upon the rights of even a single minority, that is supposed to be stopped by the SCOTUS.
And if you do that correctly, there is no conflict.
If you do not do that, then there will always be conflict, no matter how you try to divide up on one issue, because there are infinite issues.

What I am saying is that civil war improves nothing.
For example, the Muslims and Hindu tried to separate into Pakistan and India, but that just resulted in Muslims in India being treated worse and Hindi in Pakistan being treated worse.
