Absolutely. Would be nice if we can one day get a government that is fiscally responsible.

It is somewhat surprising that 40% of home sales were paid in full. Some of us have moved around a bit, and with some strategy, cashing out a home is really not out of the ordinary. For instance, if selling a home in San Diego, and moving to Tulsa, the home would not only be paid for, but there'd likely be a substantial amount left over.
