Right now, I'm watching the womens' world cup championship soccer game. Originally, I felt pretty good that, representing the USA, these women had beaten a lot of good teams to make all the way to the final game.

That was before I found out about the despicable nasty comments that at least 3 of the women on this team (maybe more) said about President Trump. But the United States Soccer Federation then adopted a policy that requires players to stand. Interesting thread. I'm a Trump supporter and I enjoyed every minute of the World Cup. The US Women's team looked fantastic! So glad to see one the US teams dominate. I think they do deserve equal pay. The NFL does revenue sharing. Perhaps FIFA needs something similar.

As far as the anthem stuff, they all stood for it during the World Cup. If they don't want to visit the White House if invited then don't. That's their decision. If Trump wins in 2020 then I guess they won't be visiting in 2023 either if they win again.
