THE thread title is a lie.Al-Mishal was from the ash-Shati refugee camp in northern Gaza and was a security guard at al-Shifa hospital, Palestinian Official al-Qidra said. But regardless of who he was, targeted assassinations are umlawful and war crimes. THE terrorist act carried out was by Israel in killing one man and injuring another in an unlawful targeted assassination in Gaza. BUT one can only expect terrorist attacks by Rogue Terrorist Nations like Israel, a nation that owes its existence to ethnic cleansing and terrorism.

I already stated on several occassions I condemn the rocket attacks. In or out of the OPT. They are indescriminate weapons. That's a war crime.

But the reason they are fired, is a direct result of the occupation or an Israeli military strike.
