No big G I respectfully believe your incorrect, in fact Alexis de Tocqueville studied and wrote extensively concerning this very phenomena back in the 19th century. I suggest you do a little research on the subject. As for equality and fighting to survive that my friend is how you earn freedom, prosperity, and support one's family, not with handouts. The American experience was and is built by hard work.
