If Hillary left a baby in a hot car and it died...would "lack of intent" be the excuse???

For your extreme butthurt.

It's summer. It was 110 degrees here today. We see these tragic stories every year of parents leaving babies in hot cars and they die.

In that crime....intent isn't needed either. Parents are often charged. Mere negligence.

Would Hillary skate on that one too???

Thats the rigged DC system folks. If Jane Nobody did it...she goes to jail. If Hillary does it....or Jeb or Ryan or Pelosi, just plug in a DC elitist....they skate free.

pathetic excuse for a thread. :cuckoo:

Pathetic excuse for a rebuttal.

Well, he’s a pathetic excuse for a commentator too…so what did you expect?

Indeed. "Intent" was the fiction angle added to Comey's clear list of criminal violations.

I wonder what Bill has on him?
Who knows. Maybe they are all masochists. I does seem like they are all just begging for the Mussolini treatment.

So you're trying to compare the death of an infant, to workplace blunders--LOL

Did you ever make a mistake in your life (at work) and get thrown in jail or prosecuted over that mistake? It could have been a King Kong mistake costing 100's of thousands of dollars to fix, at your employers expense, and no law enforcement came in and put you in handcuffs. There was no special investigator or FBI called in to investigate. Why?

Because you meant no harm and you didn't intend to do harm. You may have even unknowingly broken company rules and or protocol, but it didn't break any "criminal" laws, & it's nothing you'll get arrested or prosecuted for. And that's what intent is.

If you did it deliberately, with intent to do harm, and that can be proven, then the scenario changes to criminal or civil charges.

Um....A LOT OF PEOPLE have and would go to jail over this. They just arrested a Navy member recently for nearly the exact same thing...he stored classified into on a server in his house.

Military members and federal agents being arrested for this...is not uncommon.

again, cite the case... Thanks.

Well, I'll give you credit for trying. Now let's look at the facts of the case of Brian Nishimura and see if it stacks up.

Illegal transfer of classified data gets Folsom engineer a fine, probation

Nishimura admitted to FBI and Naval Criminal Investigative Service agents that he had transferred approximately 200 megabytes of classified data and satellite imagery to his personal electronic equipment while in Afghanistan, had traveled within that country carrying the equipment containing the data and had returned to the United States with the data in May 2008, the court papers say.

Wow. That sounds like a lot more than what Hillary did.

So what punishment did he get? Flogging from the midmast? Put him irons? Make him walk the plank.

A Folsom engineer and retired Navy commander was fined $7,500 and placed on two years of probation on Wednesday in Sacramento federal court for transferring classified data from a government computer to a personal computer.

Wow. A fine an probation! Did they also stamp his meal card "No Dessert"?

Not sure if serious.....

At that point...what difference would it make...the baby is already dead, she would regret that a mistake was made, and it would be time to move on....

Not sure if serious.....

I'm sorry sarcasm is lost on you.

Okay- Let's look at the case.

Nishimura removed clearly classified military data from classified systems, and he drove around Afghanistan - an active war zone - with them where they could have fallen into enemy hands. He then took these materials - quite a lot of them, 200 MEGABITES out of the country with him and put them in an unsecure location- his garage and home.

And despite this, he was given A FINE that he agreed to.

So Mrs. Clinton didn't remove material, other people sent it to her. She returned this material to the government when she was done with her term as SoS. There was nowhere near the level of intent or risk that Nishimura's actions reached.

And again- Nishimura only got a fine he agreed to pay.

Probably because litigating it would have been more expensive for him.

Well...seems you are serious....

Thanks for making my point against your liberal,ass...

Most USMB conservatives are truly stupid.

Another rightist thread whining about Clinton

Dude, you got to feel bad for them. They were all told Santa Comey was going to bring them a new bike and an X-box and a rad new Tablet... and all they got was socks and underwear.

That the best case you could come up with kind of weak? Yes, I guess that was your point.

Comey stopped short of calling it gross negligence, no doubt he knew not to do that.

He dinged her, he's not The Guy Who Changed An Election, it's over.

We can all move on with our freakin' lives now.

She did remove it asshole...she put it on a server outside of the State Department ......that is a felony....all by itself. And she destroyed material as well....

Of course they can't. Where have you been? They've been accusing Clinton of stuff for 25 years now.

Thanks....you make bashing your stupid liberal ass easy, and endlessly entertaining....

So your idea of bashing is making a completely irrelevent point that is easily refuted by a simple google search on the facts?

Wait, I think we found your mascot.
