The "study" she cites, the Cooperative Congressional Election Study, is not really a study at all. It was a series of unscientific non-probability online polls. Even worse for PoliticalHack, many respondents were caught lying about their citizenship status, claiming they were not citizens after claiming they were in an earlier poll.
