The first category is the freedoms that are written into the law and that cannot be violated (for example, the right to rebel against the feds of the second amendment)

The second category is something that is not explicitly prohibited, but can be prohibited at any time if it interferes

The 14th amendment can only apply to those freedoms that are written in the law and not repealed by other laws.

Otherwise, if, for example, someone thinks of something that is not expressly prohibited, but should be prohibited due to harm to society, he could use the 14th amendment to remove the prohibitions on any action.

For example, nowhere is it forbidden to collect dead animals in your apartment. But if someone does this, he will poison the neighbors with cadaveric poison, so if someone does this, it will be banned.

Therefore, the reference to the 14th amendment in the protection of fag is not legal. There is no permission anywhere for faggots and their marriages. And nowhere is it even written that in the USA you can engage in faggotting, it can be banned at any time.

There is no explicit right to fagotism in the United States and never has been. This is a scam

This isn't suitable for discussion in this section of the forum.

You are really obsessed with same sex marriage. Especially odd for someone who does not live here and is completely unaffected by the ruling.

But the point is not your hatred for gays. The point is that the US Constitution, specifically the 14th amendment, guarantees equal protection under the law.

Fuck you cretin, brevity is the sister of talent, and bureaucracy is the sister of amoebas like you.

Now you are quoting your own posts from another thread like it is proof of something.

The highest court in the land ruled on this. They have spent years studying law and the US Constitution. You, on the other hand, did not even know that the US Constitution was the Law of the Land and demanded proof of the concept.

Just stay in russia and dream of your world of subservient women, no dogs and a place without any homosexuality. Because it is certainly a dream/fantasy.

I don't care about your chatter. If you can't say anything to the point, shut up

I have tried to explain it to you. But rather than trying to learn, you simply reject anything that does not fit your ideology.

What I said was accurate.
