Is it me or do we tend to focus on the issues more after a GOP debate than a Democratic Debate?

Think about it, after the first debate, there were intense arguments over illegal immigration and Trumps Wall.

After the 2nd GOP debate, Foreign policy was introduced

Then the Dem debate, and well--Hillary and Benghazi. Some talk about socialism and raising the minimum wage--none of which really effects me.

Now we had the 3rd GOP debate and we are on the issue of taxes and government finances.

Is it possible that the GOP are more focused on the issues that affect America? Or is the lack of Democratic debates leaving that impression on me. I tend to think the former since it each topic is usually associated with a GOP candidate.

The Dem debates are a formality. The GOP debates are a political spectacle like this country has never seen before.

Eventually, we'll have a pretty normal and boring general election.

Yeah, how our leaders are stupid. How Republicans are low energy. How much money Trump has. How Trump likes people he's going to insult. How the GOP is attacking the GOP.

The questions from each debate were chosen based on the perceived weaknesses of the candidates. The republicans haven't really put forward any workable plans for immigration, foreign policy, taxes, or government finances. The only perceived weakness for the democrats is the trumped up Benghazi circus.

They did have a policy. It's build a wall that can't be built. Oh and make a glorious door.
