He has stated he is not running.Are you not hip on things. Alright he is going to run for president why do you think he is doing all this crazy stuff. Come on man you're not stupid.
He has to run for reelection as governor this year.
He has 3 children ages, 6, 4, and 2. He does not want to be away from home on the campaign trail for 3 years.
All of that could change with time especially if Trump decides to run. With both being from Florida now, he would NOT be good choice for VP either due to the Constitutional requirements.

That's a good question, but an equally important question is, is it possible for Biden lose fair and square? That would be something I'd be interested hearing an answer to.
