So? The Birther 'original piece of paper from 53 years ago' standard isn't a legal standard. Cruz can have a certified copy printed off at the appropriate Canadian government agency (The Bureau of Records and Syrup, or something) and it establishes the circumstances of his birth beyond any reasonable doubt.
