Oh come on…if that were the bar then no indictments would ever go to trial…A grand jury indicts on one side of the argument, proving it in court is a whole other thing….unless of course you are arguing that Trump doesn’t deserve being considered innocent until proven guilty?Equal justice is... when you have enough evidence to overcome the high bar of "beyond reasonable doubt" you indict.
