What a liar, they've killed many military personnel and the ones where civilians were killed were in response to Israel's slaughter of thousands of Palestinian civilians during the intifada which was fueled after a Jewish terrorist killed 29 Palestinians while they were praying and then following that protests occurred where the IDF killed another 22 Palestinian civilians and following Baruch goldstein's funeral settlers went and killed another 3 Palestinian girls under the age of 11.
