Jack Smith could face indictment

Jack Smith just opened the door to investigating election fraud. Jack Smith has to prove that Trump does not believe the election was stolen, Trump's defense is proving the election was stolen.
I can't WAIT for the discovery!

Awwwww....He got stuck in traffic. Waaah! :auiqs.jpg:
And the polls (14 months out) are even within the margin of error.
That's bad news for Trump. :)

Not really. The polls have always lied about the support for Trump, so the fact that they can't make it any more in xidens favor is bad news for you!

The polls are looking better for Trump at this time than in both 2016 and 2020.

Don't take it from me, even the Fake News is on high alert.

CNN's Chief Political Analyst:

Trump is not only in a historically strong position for a nonincumbent to win the Republican nomination, but he is in a better position to win the general election than at any point during the 2020 cycle and almost at any point during the 2016 cycle.

Sorry you didn't get the memo.

What gives me the most comfort is knowing you're always wrong about everything. ;)

Trump's only defense under the latest indictment is that he really, truly, believed that he won the election. But testimony, from a plethora of sources, indicates he knew good and well, not only that he lost, but that he was going to lose. "We will leave that to the next guy", a direct quote from Trump speaking to the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff three days BEFORE January 6.

You guys are delusional fools.
Even if he believed he won, there is no excuse for breaking the law just because you feel you were wronged.

That won't get him off either.....Smith has that covered as well....

Trump's gonna try to claim he followed legal advice of his lawyers, and if their advice was wrong, that's not his fault blah blah blah....

Smith has that covered as well....most all of his lawyers disagreed with crazy lawyers and told trump over and over...Trump sought out the crazy lawyers because he wanted them, to disagree with his sane lawyer advice he got....

None of that is actually true.

Trump doesn't even need to prove the election was stolen.

All he has to do is prove there's no way in hell the Defense can convey he knew it wasn't.

(Which is made eminently more complicated by the fact that there is a plethora of compelling evidence that it actually was....but I digress.)

The entire edifice of this case looks like a shoddy Ikea model put together by drunken Swedish sorority harlots.

That said - it's not supposed to be a sound legal argument.

Just a desperate play to take out Trump politically.

But even in that regard it's dysfunctional at best - and don't try to explain the fundamentals to the Leftist rubes around here.

They still think Putin is dictating the Republican Party from the Kremlin.

Hilariously sad.

According to the indictment, the only reason he (supposedly) broke the law was BECAUSE he believed he won.

You don't even understand the rudimentary most basic shit you are talking about.
Nope that is not what the INDICTMENT says, at all.

Those of us who paid attention in Physics (and many of us who didn't), are well aware that every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

Indeed!

Traitor Trump knew he lost.

Traitor Trump broke the law because America had kicked his balls over the moon and the megalomaniacal LOSER couldn't take it.

America to Trump: YOU'RE FIRED!

Yeah, imagine that, people watch the country turning into a fascist shithole and say no thanks!

Trump did believe he won but, they are trying to say he knew he lost and was trying to overthrow the election. They can never prove what Trump was thinking that is why these indictments will go down in flames eventually.

They will never prove Trump thought he lost and was mounting a coup. Thinking he won is not a crime and questioning and election is not a crime. Trump DID have lawyers advising him, saying those lawyers were 'crazy' doesn't prove shit.

Not for one second has President Trump even considered than Joe Biden got more legal votes than him.

No intelligent person, not in their Cult, considered that.
