January 6 Committee eviscerates Trump

Those people were protesting on the sidewalk. They're protected to do that by the First Amendment. It matters not if that perturbs you.
When they protest at a judges home or when they stalk them to the restaurant they are dining at then they are not protesting on the sidewalk in front of the Supreme Court! I protect their right to protest THERE but it's obvious that they are trying to intimidate the Justices when they take that protest to their homes or when they stalk them! THAT is not protected by the First Amendment and for good reason!

In one video, someone in the mob is heard yelling, "he has a gun! he has a gun! he has a gun!"

You don't hear that in this video...

So you chose the one video that is shot at a distance so you can't hear what's being said at the door? Why would you do THAT, Faun when there are several that are right AT the door when you can hear everything? Oh that's right...you don't want to get at the truth...you want to support a narrative! My bad... (eye roll)

Again, the law makes no distinction between the Supreme Court building and a private residence.

LOLOL

By "shot at a distance," you mean from maybe 10 feet away.

Again, that just goes to prove that not everything may be heard on video. The cop was on the other side of the doors.

Meanwhile, with no outside information, Thomas Baranyi reported hearing the exact same words police would report they said.

LOL

Idiot, you can't project your childish mind onto me. It was YOU who said, "we know what they were doing. A child would know." I don't know what they were doing but YOU say you did. So according to you, you're just a child.

And there are no videos. They would have released them anytime over the last year if they had any.
They did release some. You deny obvious evidence. You should just STFU. You will never make the lie you push intio the truth. You do realize that cannot happen.

The full transcript of Trump’s banned video, if you haven’t seen it, is at the link.

This sure doesn’t sound like someone with insurrection on his mind. On the contrary, he’s calling for peace and respect for law on a day that had to be one of the saddest of his life. Violence was the last thing he would have wanted as his legacy.

You're lying again, FruitLoops. They have never shown video of even one single person dropping off ballots more than once. Not at multiple drop boxes or even at the same drop box but repeatedly.

Never.

You retard, he was banned for using Twitter to put the vice president's life at stake.

US Code 1503 makes it illegal to "influence, intimidate or impede" any officers of the court, Faun. Your First Amendment rights don't give you the right to intimidate judges at their homes or anywhere else. When liberal protesters do so they are in violation of US 1503.

So you take Baranyi's "recollections" over the audio of several different videos? It's obvious from the videos that the Police were not saying anything to the protesters in the moments before the shooting took place. They had cleared away from the front of the door. Looking at the video you can see an empty hallway. So what Police Officer is it that you're claiming gave the protesters a warning to back away prior to the shot?

And to add...

I went back and looked at the interview that Baranyi gave. He does in fact claim that some Police officers told people to get back but he doesn't say WHEN that took place! Your video from behind the crowd doesn't contain audio of Police saying it right before the shooting took place...the videos shot from right in front of the door don't contain audio of the Police saying it right before the shooting took place...so when did these Police warnings actually happen? The Capital Police officer who took the shot claims that he gave a warning before he shot but there is nothing on the video shot that backs up that claim. Instead the video shows him hiding off to the left before stepping out to take the shot at Babbitt.
Oh and by the way...if you listen to the entire Baranyi interview he makes it clear that they weren't there to hurt anyone but simply to demand an investigation into the election. So when that Officer claims he HAD to shoot to kill my question is WHY? Because you panicked and assumed the protesters were armed and meant to kill members of Congress? Amazing how no other Capitol Officer felt the need to use deadly force!

You are a fucking idiot. Read the transcript.

You're beyond repair, FruitLoops. :cuckoo:

After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them — specifically how they are being received and interpreted on and off Twitter — we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence.

Yes, it's illegal to "parade or picket" judges at court buildings and private residence, unless you're on a public sidewalk. Then the First Amendment allows it.

Again, for the umpteenth time, that's why none of those protesters were arrested.

Of course I would. I already showed you how two videos of the same event, taken from feet away of each other, don't necessarily pick up all the same sounds.

Compared to Thomas Baranyi, who just left the site where Ashes was shot and reported what he witnessed.

He also said she didn't heed the police warning.

So you're claiming that you can "intimidate" judges as long as you do it from the sidewalk? That's laughable. There is only one reason why those protesters weren't arrested...it's because the Merrick Garland led Biden Justice Department has a blatant double standard when it comes to enforcement of the law.
