Judge Napolitano: CNN has “a very good case” against White House in Acosta lawsuit

If the courts rule that Acosta must be allowed to attend the White House Press conferences.

Then the President should never acknowledge or take any of Acosta's questions.

Problem solved!! ....

Absolutely.

And the first time he interrrupts...he is escorted out.
Judge Napolitano said the WH can't do that.

Why so obsessed, though? The Trump haters that is.
Don't tell me I'm obsessed because I schooled you.

Acosta should have his 1st Amendment rights.

But the White House is under no legal obligation to invite him to the Press conference. ...

It's not about invitations. Under federal regulations his press pass cannot be revoked, except under limited circumstances.

Link?
I want a link too. What is there law/regulation? I want to see the text of the law/reg.

I mean. Why so obsessed with the media? Do they pay for healthcare now?

. . . And now you're going to cite those regulations, and give us your "experienced legal" explanation of how they apply in this case, right?

Or at the very least, tell us whose opinion column you cut and pasted that from.

Not getting in from any column. Just reading the complaint, looking at the regulations cited, and noting the analysis of legal experts like Napolitano.

The regulation doesn't mention press pass anywhere.

If they were obliged then where the fuck is my seat? Or anyone else’s ? Acosta was told to kick rocks. He never asked a single question and bitched all the time. Him and CNN are just pissed because hallmark channel gets better raitings. Without the “Acosta” show CNN has no viewers.

According to the information you posted.

A person can contest the revocation of their press pass thru the proper channels.

But in the end, it's still up to the Secret Service whether to allow or deny entry to the White House based on security concerns regarding the individual seeking entrance.

In other words, Acosta's is gonna remain exiled for good. ...

He has no right to be there. If the courts "decide" to allow him in, we are screwed.

Yes, AP? "Mr. Trump...Jim Acosta wants me to ask this question....."

Yes, NBC? "Mr. Trump...Jim Acosta has this question...."

Well if they do then I should be able to be there. You to. Everyone here.

It's fitting that tiny trump and his deplorables are afraid of the press.

Or, he could just end the daily briefing all together and just hand out a printed statement.

If they act as stupid as J.A. (Jim Acosta or Jack Ass) does...they'll meet the same fate.

The "judge," ahem... is a NEVER TRUMPER.. pure and simple fact. He NEVER has an "opinion" that AGREES with President Trump, NEVER.

He'd make a good talking head on CNN.
