Impeachments, Dossiers and reports don`t put people in jail. What gave you that stupid idea?Just like the 2 Impeachments, Steele Dossier and the Mueller Report, right?

Then it was prosecutorial misconduct to include them in discovery. You get a big team of lawyers and you figure out which documents are relevant and which aren’t.
The vast majority are irrelevant and will not have any bearing on the case whatsoever.
That’s idiotic. If they hadn’t provided them you’d call it prosecutorial misconduct too. Then it was prosecutorial misconduct to include them in discovery.
Answer the question.
Sure except with Trump dying alone in prison
Stop tossing the word salad and answer the question. That’s idiotic. If they hadn’t provided them you’d call it prosecutorial misconduct too.
Investigations take longer than putting together a defense because the defendant already knows what happened.
Trump’s attempt at delays have nothing to do with a defense and everything to do with the advantage that has to do with delay. This isn’t his first rodeo. He knows that delays in court work to his advantage.
A sane person, in the middle of a political race, would request a speedy trial, where the prosecution would have to prove him guilty.haha spoken like a true demafasict…requiring their political target to prove his innocence in Court! Sad
I’m pretty sure I did answer the question. What question are you referring to?Stop tossing the word salad and answer the question.
You too, The5thHorseman. Suddenly you are quiet as a mouse.
Smith was appointed in Nov 22 and issued his indictment in June 23.How long do you and The5thHorseman think is reasonable to prepare for a case that the prosecution has had a few years to prepare for and that involves literally tens of million of documents that the prosecution claims it will use to convict Trump?
The 5th says nothing about it and the 6th is the right to a SPEEDY trial.
I’m pretty sure I did answer the question. What question are you referring to?
The case was being investigated long before the appointment of Smith.Smith was appointed in Nov 22 and issued his indictment in June 23.
Then it was prosecutorial misconduct to include them in discovery.
Answer the question.
Exactly. It’s a common tactic but that doesn’t make it reasonable. And they're prosecuting a billionaire who can afford a team of lawyers! Can you imagine turning this power on middle class citizens for showing up at school board meetings or attending church?
They crowded a small docket. You mean like the J6 Political Prisoners are being denied?
Who's "sobbing"? You're obliged to load the question with bs.The case was being investigated long before the appointment of Smith.
How long do you sob sisters think Trump should be given to prepare to defend a case that has been under investigation since January of 2021, that has tens of millions of documents that the prosecution presented as incriminating evidence that they would use against Trump?
You’re allowed to give two different answer, BTW. No need for frantic PM’ing.
I just answered.Crickets from The5thHorseman and Marener about how long they think is reasonable to give Trump to prepare for a defense of a case being worked on by the prosecution for two and a half years.
I keep forgetting that lying is Democrats’ superpower, but answering questions is their kryptonite.
As much time as Trump's defense team needs.I just answered.
Now you tell us how much, and why..
So this Trump appointed (toady) judge made yet another favorable ruling for Trump?Good!
Why is Jack Smith, an inveterate leaker, so desirous of hiding other things? Sunshine is the best disinfectant.
When Smith asked for an early trial date and was denied, he almost immediately put forth a superseding indictment. Judges do not like such shenanigans.
The judge also asked for prosecutors to provide additional information about the continuing use of an out-of-state jury in the case.
A federal judge dealt several blows Monday to Special Counsel Jack Smith's prosecution of former President Donald Trump for his alleged mishandling of classified documents.U.S. Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, denied the Justice Department's request to keep fillings sealed in the case and she removed two from the record. She also asked for prosecutors to provide additional information about the continuing use of an out-of-state jury in the case. You can read the court ruling here:FileThe special counsel asked for some materials in the case to be sealed from the public, but Cannon wrote in her brief that the agency's arguments "fail to satisfy the burden of establishing a sufficient legal or factual basis to warrant sealing."
Why?As much time as Trump's defense team needs.
