Maybe if we name it hurricane Treyvone, for example, maybe whitey will run away and evacuate in fear like they should"

Congressional democrats have begun legislation for reparations for decades and decades of African Americans not being adequately represented when naming Hurricanes. FEMA will begin reimbursing African Americans around the country, after which, they will use fund that are left over for the white privileged victims in Asheville North Coralina.
