Detaining minors at the border is a "human rights abuse"??? Huh? Sometimes illegal minors are brought to the border by strangers. It is standard procedure in most of the civilized world to separate minors from adults when the adults are being detained. What would Harris have us do, hand the illegal minors over to the local social services department?
