The ACA mandates compliance but you maintain that the cost of that compliance is only going to be passed along to the consumer if the insurance companies make an "arbitrary" decision to do so and that if they DO pass that cost along then the ACA has nothing to do with the increase? My "false assumption" raised my healthcare premiums 20% since the ACA was passed.
The new rules DID equal increased costs and those increased costs were passed along to me.

Now, after ACA all policies have to include maternity and contraceptives. Sooooo, your old policy has to be cancelled because it is in violation of the law.
they offer you a new policy for $700/month with a $5000 deductible, but now you have maternity and contraceptives--------but you are a single gay male. Are you happy?

Just like Nancy Pelosi told us that reports the ACA would cost millions of jobs were nothing more than fear mongering by the GOP and that it would actually create jobs.
Now the CBO comes out with an estimation that the ACA will cost 2.5 million jobs by 2025.

My existing policy already covered regular visits. Barry promised us that if the ACA was passed that the average premium cost for a middle class family would go down by $2500. That hasn't happened. The cost of premiums for middle class families not eligible for subsidies has increased substantially EXACTLY AS CRITICS OF OBAMACARE PREDICTED!
