Rittenhouse was attacked with a skateboard and a plastic bag. Neither are deadly weapons. Rittenhouse, on the otherhand, brought a deadly weapon to a protest that was none of his business! He brought that weapon to shoot somebody! Those murders were premeditated.

And if he wouldn't have been attacked, then he wouldn't have shot anyone or had to have shot anyone. What part of being attacked by someone don't you understand ? Most if not the majority in America figure that it was lucky that he had that rifle.

Hopefully it sent a message out to other anarchist that if you try that in a small town, then the same thing will occur.

My issue with Rittenhouse is that he introduced deadly force. It doesn't matter whether it is a rifle, or a hand gun, it's still deadly force.
