Some people do appear to be totally above the laws...

If we just applied the law to everyone the same, you would not have sanctuary cities, because they are illegal.

Essentially these Sanctuary States and Cities are committing Theft of US Federal Tax Dollars and also are Disenfranchizing states and voters in other states of their Fair Share of Representation in Congress.
