I have never seen one shred of evidence that the Russians had any effect on the election at all.
The closest is that someone hacked the DNC email, to reveal that Hillary had been given the debate questions ahead of time.
But that had no real effect.
Bernie Sanders never pursued that criminal act, so Hillary was left free and clear to run against Trump.
