The government has replaced unions. How's that working out for the masses?We can do both. From 1978 to now CEO pay went up 1322% and our pay went up 18%. Imagine if CEO pay only went up 650% and our pay went up 32%? Double what it did. We'd be doing as good as our parents did.
What happened? In that same time union membership went from 35% of our work force to 5%. No coincidence. Labor lost it's seat at the table. But unions are making a comeback. Looks to me like unions are not outdated and still very very much necessary.
