Rice simply needs to kill a cop, convert to Islam complete with a new name, claim America is the most racist country the world has ever seen, that continues to suppress women and minorities, and is the root of all wars, problems, and climate change in the world today.

Then from her jail cell via video, she would be welcomed with open arms to speak at any university campus in America.
