Liberals have become so radicalized they have now become what they use to hate

.

Wow, this far into the thread and only KNB had the nerve to even try to respond.

.

the truth is liberals (or whatever they are calling themselves today) always hated our Constitution and our country's Christian morals...

they had to start their campaigning with innocuous things like pretending they were for 'free speech'......which eventually 'evolved' into the invasive spread of pornography and so forth...

it's called 'incrementalism'.....and their goal is to unravel our Constitution and our society...in order to establish Big Government as the unopposed ruler...

I think they know the point of this thread is true, and they hate to admit it -- even to themselves. That would mean a complete unraveling of their entire approach. They have become what they used to hate, and they apparently like how that feels. And that's what bugs them.

Jim Norton (who is left-leaning by the way), knocks it out of the park...

“You have become exactly [like] the conservative, religious book burners of the 40s and the 50s and the 60s. You are it,” Norton said. “You are the speech repressors, you are the hypersensitive ones, you are the ones who want people fired immediately, you are the ones calling for people’s jobs. You have become what you hated.”

You, Rot Whiner, are insane. There can be no other explanation.

Oh the irony.....you can't explain what makes me insane, but in your mind, there is "no other explanation". :lmao:

Dude - Jim Norton is left-leaning. I'm not on the radio show. Those are people on your side of the aisle explaining how unhinged and radical you people have become. So why are you attacking the messenger? Could it be that the message is to accurate for you to even attempt to deny? :eusa_shhh:

That is the talk-radio lie, that you believe to be true when it isn't.

then why is it you liberals are the ones intent on tearing up our Constitution......?
Changing, as the Founders expected us to. Read them. The damn thing wasn't written by God on stone tablets, you just wrongly believe that it was.

ah yes....the 'living breathing Constitution'.......:eusa_hand:

the Founders provided a way to Amend the Constitution.....not to change it incrementally through crazy 'interpretations' and spotting things in 'penumbras' by activist judges....

that all part of your presidents anti-American 'Change'......

I think...
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is where the failure took off from. It got worse after that.

"You're dumb".

Yeah, I pretty much got past that by the time I reached high school, but each in his own time, I guess.

And the avoidance/deflection continues.

.

i didn't avoid it....liberals (or whatever they are calling themselves at the moment) haven't 'become' the opposite of what they were yesterday....yesterday they were basically the same as today...

yesterday they just hid their agenda better....today they are full of arrogance so they don't hide it as well...

Please, they never hated that. It's been their modus operandi for nearly a century.

I tried to listen to it. The dude ( Norton?) has a pretty annoying delivery. I suppose he thinks using that whiny mamby-pamby voice is effective.

I don't see where anyone suggested burning books or even banning them.

I was hoping the audio would present some examples of liberals repressing someone....so I could connect the source with the OP's claims.

The idea that liberals in America are repressing speech is not supported by evidence...and is certainly not substantiated by the audio presented here.

Not sure what Mac was drawn to so deeply in that audio. It sure has his dander up, though.

First you admit you didn't listen to it - then you claim there was (and I quote) "no evidence".

Folks...you can't make this stuff up! Vintage liberal response here... :bang3:

(Hint - it's FULL of evidence if you actually listen)

So you people try to portray this sort of thing as a characteristic attribute of liberalism,

by posting a clip of a liberal like Norton ridiculing it and comparing it to conservatism?

lol, do you people ever think before you post?
