We are living it, we may as well understand it. That is an older version of the world map designed by the Club of Rome. They have recently revised it. Mexico and Cuba have been reassigned to the North American Union of States, instead of the USSA, the United States of South America.
It is why, out of the blue, our President went to Canada to normalize relations with the Castro's and our boarder patrol are being used as taxis to shuttle illegals to designated cities, and why now, just walking across the boarder or hopping on a plane from Cuba to Miami makes you a voting North American citizen.
In Revelation they are referred to as horns. 10 horns to be precise. The EU was the first to condense. Now it's our turn and Putin's turn to redefine boarders.
