Louis Brandies Was Correct: You Cannot Prosecute Someone Because you Don’t Like Them

I just repeat the truth to them and they get more and more upset.
What truth?
The multiple officials of the Trump campaign who have plead guilty, been found guilty, and are now in prison are there because the committed felonies.

Consider yourself triggered.
Where is your evidence that Trump broke the law “during the election?”
Try waiting for the report for crying out loud.

Just keep repeating the truth…it drives them absolutely nuts.
The poor dupes do not know the truth, they are full of phony scandals and endless BS.

Most of them do; they are just in 24/7 damage control mode. That has to be taxing and tiresome. I mean, look how hard Bush-boy is spinning trying to convince everyone of something they know not to be true.

One of the many things that the Democrats and third world banana republic regimes have in common is that they arrest their opposition on bogus charges.
It's the dirtiest form of politics that there is.

Democrats aren't prosecuting Trump. Republicans are, just like the Republicans prosecuted Richard Nixon. And for far worse crimes than Nixon. Nixon didn't commit treason, or take bribes from foreign governments.

One of the things Republicans have in common with other thugs is that they consistently think they are above the law or that they won't get caught. First Richard ("I am not a crook!") Nixon, and the Watergate coverup. Then almost the entire Reagan Administration and their Iran-Contra scandal, which went against the laws of the United States to sell guns to Iranian terrorists. I guess the Democrats should let these things slide.

Now you have a President who is openly obstructing justice, dangling pardons to his friends who refuse to cooperate with the Special Counsel's Investigation, and threatening his political enemnies with FBI investigations. And an old school Republican prosecutor who is dotting all of the i's and crossing all the t's on his way to recommending the Impeachment of the President of the United States for high crimes and misdemeanors.

We’ll see what happens. The only thing I want more than to have this blob not be my President is to have it done via legal means.
The people of the states choose him. Thank’s for admitting you don’t support democracy or others opinions.

Presidents can be removed by legal means which are 100% constitutional.

His campaign officials are in jail. Are you denying that?
Other campaign officials have pled guilty. Are you denying that?
Really. “Campaign officials?” Names please? How many times did they meet with Trump inner circle? CNN and MSNBC will make these people seem important.

Paul Manafort…Campaign Manager.

Rick Gates…Assistant to Paul Manafort, Campaign Manager

Michael Flynn….Trump Campaign National Security Advisor
Flynn was spared jail time. Now, Manafort, Gates, and Cohen charges have to do with things after the election and they are all private business matters. The Special Counsel is supposed to focus on illegality during the 2016 election. They have nothing. What illegal actions occurred during they election campaign? Stop reaching to connect dots. Cohen ripped-off Russian businessmen by parlaying his connection as former legal counsel to the President...when he had no role in the administration. No evidence. No case. No legal grounds for impeachment. Didn’t Trump fire Manafort? Hmmmm. Yes he did. I believe in summer of 2016.

The multiple officials of the Trump campaign who have plead guilty, been found guilty, and are now in prison are there because the committed felonies.

My original point stands unassailed as we all knew it would be.

Whatever. What charges with regards to 2016 election? Your point just got shot down.

Start with lying to the American people about his business interests in Russia. Continue with coordinating with the Kremlin about those lies to mislead the American people about his deal to build Trump Tower.

Continue with Corsi and Stone co-ordinating with WikiLeaks, Trump calling on Russia to hack Hillary Clinton, and later that day they did.

Add in breaking campaign finance laws, the dangling of pardons to those who don't rat out Trump, and his continued attempts to use the Department of Justice as his own personal vendetta brigade.

Top it off with Saudis renting hotel rooms in a "pay for play scheme" which is the real reason why Trump goes along with all the shit MBS is pulling. And we haven't even touched on his money laundering.

Trump is going to lie and say he knew nothing about any of it, but Donnie likes to have his tiny hands into everything. In the reports filed today, Mueller said the President committed campaign finance fraud. That's a felony.

The Democrats have said they don't want to impeach Trump, but after this week's court filings, it's looking more and more like they won't have a choice.

If the Democrats are smart, they will never bring up impeachment. It’s a losing hand. Now, if Mueller can produce a smoking gun; thats different. But knowing what we know today….NO.

Just let the sleaze hang around…hold hearings…get some people on the record, subpoena his family who are staffers in the WW so they are legally fair game… But no articles of Impeachment.

Knowing the Dems…they will likely do it on day one.

Release of Cohen and Manafort transcripts show no illegality on behalf of Trump campaign 2016, or President Trump with regards to Russia “collusion.” These two are a lawyer and businessman who attempted to use their connections to Trump, AFTER the election, to make $$$$...when neither of them had a position in the administration. They were most likely trying to rip-off Russian businessmen. Mueller is being over aggressive with regards to these two men. They are leaning hard...and nothing’s there. Professor Alan Dershowitz has just said they are grasping at straws to connect a “collusion” case. This is a disgrace to United States legal system and jurisprudence. Smear Trump campaign is all this is...but no illegality. Joke.

Yeah they do. Trump is complicit in 2 Felonies, and it's going to go downhill from here, guaranteed. We're just getting a preview of what else is coming.

Yup…it said he was in prison.
14 day’s is not prison. It’s bullying to ruin a resume and a career.

Papadopolous didn’t commit much in the way of crimes either but he did shoot off his mouth in a bar in England that got this whole circus off and running.

As for his sentence he got off lightly for treason. In the days of the Founding Fathers, collaborating with the enemy would get you shot.

Sorry bout that,

  1. Let me fling this cold bucket of water on these cats....
  2. Liberals be like: "I don't like President Trump so he has to go to jail!" lol!!!!

One thing that was telling was that he cut the deal well before it was announced so there was a very long period where the investigators had him in their hip pocket well before the plea deal was made public.

Mueller has shown no illegality with regards to 2016 election and that is why his office was created. This is worse than McCarthyism. Where is your case Mueller? “Where’s the beef!”

No, they don’t. They have nothing. It’s not illegal to pay $$$ to a mistress. Men have done it for centuries. It wasn’t even Trumps $$$. House Democrats are going to impeach Trump regardless. Straight party line vote. No chance of removal by Senate. How many millions of taxpayer $$$ have been wasted because liberals can’t get over the fact they lost in 2016?

#1.) Having business interest in an overseas project is not a crime.
#2.) Russia hacked emails through Tony Podesta business interest with Russia. Zero evidence has been produced that Trump coordinated anything with Russian government.
#3) No campaign finance laws were broken. No evidence has been produced. Paying a mistress with private $$$ is not a crime.
#4.) “Pay for play” is known as “typical American politics.” The Saudi thing is speculation by a liberal press. Again I repeat “speculation.”
#5.) Mueller said Trump committed campaign finance fraud? Link. Where is the quote from Mueller investigation?
Socialist/Democrats are grasping at straws. This whole investigation is about as factual as a Michael Moore movie.

Democraps love certified liars!
Have you ever met anyone in your entire life that has lied more than Donald Trump?

I haven't and I doubt you have either....

WHY is that ok with you?
Bill Clinton comes to my mind. Loretta Lynch comes to my mind. Editorial staff of Washington Post and New York Times comes to my mind. Hillary comes to mind as well.

Really? Please...let’s see the connections? Evidence? All you have is CNN and MSNBC opinions in your head. “Where’s your legal standing based on evidence?”

His campaign officials are in jail. Are you denying that?
Other campaign officials have pled guilty. Are you denying that?
Guilty to what offenses with regards the campaign itself?

I was looking for the mysterious “other” campaign officials. How did the “campaign” 2016 violate the law? Mueller has shown no evidence of this. He’s grasping at straws.
