And the reasons for the change, are as follows:

• It is a violation of IHL to change the demographics of an area under occupation
• An occupying power, cannot transfer part of its population into the area being occupied
• Citizens of an occupied power, in the area being occupied, are not protected persons according to international law

Therefore, any Israeli citizen, whether they are IDF or not, that is in the West Bank, Golan Heights, East Jerusalem or Gaza, is there illegally and cannot be protected from Palestinian's resisting the occupation. Furthermore, their presence there, is helping to prevent the Palestinian's from achieving their inherent right to self-determination.

I now view an Israeli civilian in the occupied West Bank, the same as a person on your property without your permission. And last I looked, it is not a crime to throw a rock at someone trespassing.
