Since this man doesn't in any way identify as female, this law did NOT make it legal for him to do what he did.

How long does one have to identify as a woman? He clearly did at that moment or else he would have been breaking the law. Right?

Whether a man “identifies as female” or not is not something that can ever be objectively proven; unless you fall back to common sense and recognize that a man is not a woman regardless of how he claims to “identify”, and that any claim by a man to “identify as female” is nonsensical and meaningless.

But in catering to this tiny class of mentally-ill freaks, we've thrown common sense out the window, and opened up women's restroom and dressing facilities to any male pervert who wants to enter them for any reason.
