Idiots legalized marijuana. It will hurt many people in the long run. Its probably the reason why so many are getting mental. Its gotten to strong.
But on the other hand. If Washington DC wasn't filled with idiots, the us govt would grow the marijuana, let states tax it and then the govt could put all the money on the national debt. What do you think?

Back in the early 20th century they said tobacco smoke was good for you. Today they say that marijuana smoke is good for you. The so-called medical establishment didn't learn shit in a hundred years.

It will pass... fewer and fewer of my pot smoking friends still smoke pot... some went to eatables and some quit right out... its not good for you...

You need to smoke a joint and relax

What makes you think that the government is competent to do all of that?

And you'd still need to have cops out there making sure untaxed grass wasn't being peddled.

Same with alcohol and tobacco.

Do you care?

Prohibition had its benefits, actually. The death rate of cirrhosis of the liver fell pretty dramatically.

Good .. we need to outlaw soda pop ... and candy ... we want the death rate from diabetes to drop ...

... don't we? ...

Any doctor will tell you we need to mandate healthy diets ... government in our kitchens ... or better ... outlaw kitchens ... force people to eat at government food service stations ...

Don't you want death rates to drop dramatically? ...

Prohibition failed because ugly people wanted to get laid ...

The trade of was fewer people killing themselves but seeing a rise in murders and poisonings meaning more people killed others. Not really much of a benefit.

Prison guards I know are making $54:per hour regular hours. Time and a half for any shifts beyond 36 hours. That seems underpaid some.

Millions in taxpayer dollars go to ads about the lethal effects of cigarette use while the federal government tries to legalize an even more deadly and potent drug. Has the federal government gone bi-polar?

It should be up to the voters in each state as to drugs. There should be no federal bans. That's authoritarian. Or do you hate freedom?

More people die from alcohol related deaths than pot. If you are concerned about saving lives you should focus on what takes the most

Maybe the states should be allowed to determine the legalization of drugs but meanwhile the federal government spends an estimated million taxpayer dollars in ads about cigarette smoking. WTF is happening?

Federal ban on nuclear weapons is a good idea ... they're not that hard to make ...

Legalizing don't work ... open drug use on the streets blocks traffic ... poor Portland Police had to drive by ... we've changed that and now chemical drugs are illegal once again ... woot ...

Marijuana is a plant ... a gift from God ... if Abraham, Moses, King David or Jesus didn't ban it .. why should we? ... "And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the [burning] bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I." -- Exodus 3:4 ... if you read the Bible then you know potheads wrote it ...
