By that reasoning, all raids are serious.

• Raids that don't need a warrant: Search Warrants: What They Are and When They're Necessary
• All raids that don't qualify for "no warrant" execution are authorized by a judge.

The fact that the warrant authorized a search of an attorney's offices is a better indicator of the seriousness of the matter than is that a judge signed off on the warrant.
