Once again Barack Taqiyya is being misinterpreted —— either by design or by naiveté:

Barack Obama’s UN speech was pure mush. America’s enemies no longer fear the US superpower

Barack Obama?s UN speech was pure mush. America?s enemies no longer fear the US superpower ? Telegraph Blogs

Taqiyya does not want enemies to fear the US. He wants them to fear the United Nations.

To be fair to the Left’s Messiah, America’s entire foreign policy since the end of WWII has been built around empowering the UN. Taqiyya is the latest president to carry it out. Happily, his vaunted salesmanship fell short. In that sense he did the country a good turn by accident.

American presidents like Taqiyya and Clinton would surrender this country’s sovereignty to the UN in a heartbeat. The only difference between them is that Clinton wants to protect Socialist enemies while Taqiyya wants to protect Muslim enemies along with Clinton’s Socialists. Neither one could do it openly for the same reason —— America’s enemies control the UN and most Americans know it.

Also, every president, loyal or disloyal, has to appease the powerful global government crowd. Getting a return on all of time, effort, and public money bankers invested in the UN blinded them to reality. A one government world controlled by bankers and effete intellectuals ain’t in the cards irrespective of David Rockefeller’s rosy scenario stated at a Bilderberg meeting 1991:

We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.

It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supernational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries.

If you doubt my interpretation consider this. Aside from those United Nations treaties sitting on the shelf waiting for ratification, everything said for the purpose of empowering the United Nations is accompanied by domestic action. These three are the most obvious:

1. The EPA writing environmental regulations.

2. The Justice Department’s attack on homeschooling.

3. The ACA which is a major component in abolishing our tax-free rights in the Bill of Rights and replacing them with the UN’s tax-dollar-funded Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

Article 25.

(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.

Human Rights 50th Anniversary / Universal Declaration

Now you know why Democrats are fighting tooth and nail to block repealing or defunding the ACA irrespective of what is best for the country. In plain English, attacking the ACA attacks the UN’s goal of universal healthcare paid for with First World tax dollars.

NOTE: To nobody’s surprise talking heads of every persuasion portray Mike Lee and Ted Cruz as the extremists in the ACA battle while Taqiyya and Harry Reid are portrayed as the voices of reason.

Here’s a bit of news that strengthens my interpretation of foreign policy:

Secretary of State John Kerry plans to sign a controversial U.N. treaty on arms regulation on Wednesday, a senior State Department official told Fox News -- despite warnings from lawmakers that the Senate will not ratify the agreement.

Kerry is a bigger traitor than is Taqiyya because he’s been at it longer. I’d like to know if Kerry will sign the treaty on orders from Taqiyya, or if he will do it on his own hook? Taqiyya surely supports signing the treaty, but I suspect that the State Department does not require a president’s permission.

Finally, Kerry was confirmed with 94 votes. I wonder what those Republican senators who voted for him think about their pal now?

I’ve often said that voters should find out where every candidate for federal office stands on US membership in the United Nation rather than just where they stand on each issue involving the UN. Before the Internet most Americans never knew the answer because the media refused to ask. It’s only slightly better today. Happily, two US Senators made their positions quite clear last April:

Senator vows to kill U.N. arms treaty

The Small Arms Treaty began growing legs:

In October of 2009 at the U.N. General Assembly, the Obama Administration reversed the previous Administration’s position and voted for the U.S. to participate in negotiating the Arms Trade Treaty, purportedly to establish “common international standards for the import, export, and transfer of conventional arms.” Preparatory committee meetings are now underway in anticipation of a conference in 2012to finalize the treaty. A treaty draft has not yet been produced.

In 2011 forty-five Republican senators sent a letter to the Administration telling them they would not ratify the Small Arms Treaty:

The letter was signed by U.S. Senators Lamar Alexander (R-TN), Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), John Barrasso (R-WY), Roy Blunt (R-MO), John Boozman (R-AR), Scott Brown (R-MA), Richard Burr (R-NC), Dan Coats (R-IN), Tom Coburn (R-OK), Thad Cochran (R-MS), Susan Collins (R-ME), Bob Corker (R-TN), John Cornyn (R-TX), Saxby Chambliss (R-GA), Mike Crapo (R-ID), Jim DeMint (R-SC), Mike Enzi (R-WY), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Dean Heller (R-NV), John Hoeven (R-ND), Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX), James Inhofe (R-OK), Johnny Isakson (R-GA), Mike Johanns (R-NE), Ron Johnson (R-WI), Jon Kyl (R-AZ), Mike Lee (R-UT), John McCain (R-AZ), Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Jerry Moran (R-KS), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Rand Paul (R-KY), Rob Portman (R-OH), Jim Risch (R-ID), Pat Roberts (R-KS), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Richard Shelby (R-AL), Olympia Snowe (R-ME), John Thune (R-SD), Pat Toomey (R-PA), David Vitter (R-LA), and Roger Wicker (R-MS).

The full text of the letter is included the article:

A few of the above signatories left the Senate, while the Democrats lost a few seats in 2012. I don’t know what the vote count is today. No matter. Harry Reid has his work cut out for him getting the required two-thirds needed to ratify.

Question: Does Barack Taqiyya intend to send it to the Senate for ratification? Answer: Probably. He has nothing to lose, and Democrats still have a majority of 54. That means Harry Reid has to corral 17 RINO to make it to 67 assuming all 100 senators are present when the vote is taken.

Thirteen Republicans voted to ratify the New START Treaty between the US and Russia. The vote was 71 to 26. Reid only needed 8, but 13 Republicans jumped ship. That’s four less than Reid needs to ratify the ATT.

I like to think Republicans will hold the line when it comes to a UN treaty —— maybe even get a few Democrats to cross over. I would not count on it though. The administration must have some reason for Kerry signing a treaty that appears DOA. The only thing I can figure is that he simply wants to put the ATT on the shelf with all of those other unratified treaties hoping the day will come when it can be ratified.

Incidentally, the Affordable Care Act is repeatedly referred to as Taqiyya’s signature piece of legislation. That is only true for the media and the parasite class. If anything, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid lied, bribed, and threatened until they rammed it down the public’s throat; so it is their signature legislation.

I believe New START is the dubious achievement Taqiyya is most proud of although it is not technically legislation. Should he somehow get a UN treaty ratified —— any UN treaty —— that will be the legacy he seeks.
