Indeed, both Tillerson and Kelly were correct to be concerned about Trump’s incompetence, and the fact that Trump’s behavior was reckless and irresponsible, to the extent that they sought to work around Trump’s incompetence to safeguard the nation and the American people.
Being concerned does not mean they should go behind the President's back trying to recruit people into their personal vendetta. By doing so, they are attempting to negate what We The People have decided...all because they think they 'know better.' This is how emperors, despots and tyrants operate and the very reason why the Founders sought to stop 'rule by royalty.'
