One thing to look forward to is whether Trump takes a plea deal of actually risks facing RICO charges in GA.

The way the Georgia laws work is that, if a person is convicted of RICO charges, the POTUS cannot pardon them. The Georgia Gov. cannot pardon them. By law, only a 5 member parole board can pardon them, and even that is not possible until they have completed 5 years of their sentence.
