There are several countries bombing ISIS in Syria but Putin is a different kind a breed. He is bombing ISIS alright but at the same time killing civilians.
Keep these in mind. The reason *my country* drop leaflets are: 1. US is not in the business of murdering civilians, 2. ISIS use civilians as human shields and doesn't make sense to kill few ISIS then killing number of civilians, 3. Most of the bombing in Syria are the infrastructure not the civilians, 4. To warn civilians..................... So your leaflets comparison with Putin is nothing but worthless.
If your Putin thug is doing such a good job in Syria then explain:
1. Why is it that ISIS still capable of producing oil by the millions of gallons? Then sell them to Syrian regime.

Russian military base in Syria is located in Tartus as shown. Oil supplies for this base are coming from Baniyas refinery north of Tartus. Major portions of east Syria are supplied by ISIS.
