‘Mr. Wonderful’ slams Trump ruling: ‘You might as well find guilty every real estate developer on Earth’

I know more than you, obviously.

You know what you read in the judgment, you know nothing about the standard industry practices that are commonly used, or how they were skewed by the court.

And you obviously have zero explanation for why criminal charges weren't brought if there was fraud committed.

Got no actual response because you know that's exactly what a fair appeals court will find.
Nothing you said had anything to do with the facts of the case.

Submitting false information to a bank is fraud.

Don’t do it.

You apparently never heard of generally accepted accounting principles which determine how a financial statement is put together.

Or have you?

What does that have to do with what you quoted? Generally accepted accounting principles have nothing to do with this case.

There are plenty of criminal fraud laws he could have been charged with, why did they go with this one?

Of course they have to do with this case since it’s a case about a fraudulent financial statement which is governed by the GAAP standard.

Asked and answered.

No, it was not answered. And you're completely incurious as to why he wasn't criminally charged. I guess you don't care, as long as he was fined and the story is all over the news, that's all you care about.
