Of course they have to do with this case since it’s a case about a fraudulent financial statement which is governed by the GAAP standard.
GAAP standards have zero to do with it, you've been parroting inflated appraisal values the entire thread, GAAP has nothing to do with them.
You keep reiterating that he committed fraud, but have no explanation for why he wasn't charged with fraud.
