I had mentioned previously that FEMA ran out of $ to help the hurricane survivors because the filthy commie dems gave all of FEMA's $ to Ukraine and the Jews.

It looks like the filthy commie dems used all FEMA's $$ to give to illegals. Supposedly a Billion $+...but who is counting. Certainly not the filthy commie dems.
