My Governor Vetos Pot Oil In Idaho

I knew there was a reason I voted for him. Twice.

Boise Meridian Nampa Caldwell news by Idaho Statesman

His reasons? It's against federal law. It doesn't explore alternatives. It doesn't address possible criminal use.

Thank you Governor Otter for protecting Idaho when our legislature won't!
Yes, why in the world should we help children in pain?

Yes, let's go straight for the emotional argument and leave out the facts, the practical reasons this bill was prevented from becoming law. That's what Leftists do. Facts don't matter, just intentions.

Well, who is getting emotional? Not me.

My emotion is happiness that Governor Otter did his duty to protect Idaho from bad legislation.

Good for that governor recognizing the phony argument used to promote inevitable recreational use of a dangerous substance.
Pot heads and pot addicts will disingenuously disagree but that's because they're addicts and dishonest.
Even religion can be an addiction..Yet there it is....

Perfect right wing logic. It's better to let a child and his family suffer a horrendous life with little or no chance of him being able to enjoy being normal and productive just so you can make it a little harder for a stoner to get high. Your compassion is overwhelming.

I'm sure the parents of those suffering children would love to discuss the facts with you. Facts that you would rather ignore.

He did approve a study to have 20 kids treated experimentally, which is the traditional method for new treatments. Not all at once.

Idaho. What an insignificant place. I drove through there this one time and it was exactly as boring, lifeless and plain as I had imagined.

Idaho is a beautiful state if you love the outdoors.
I can see though why you wouldn't care for it though, since it doesn't have tattoo parlors, pot shops, massage parlors, sex clubs, or transsexual clothing shops on every street corner.
or trees...

Idaho doesn't have trees? Wow what a foolish comment.Spoken by someone who has apparently never been there. Idaho is gorgeous. Southern Idaho can be flatter, but northern Idaho has some of the roughest wilderness in the country.

Yeah....maybe do some research in the Sawtooth Mountains, Bitterroot Mountains, Seven Devils, White Cloud Mountains, Frank Church Wilderness, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest, Snake River, Salmon River (they don't call it the River of No Return because it's flat and calm), Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, Sun Valley, Brundage Mountain Ski Resort, etc. You must have driven through a potato field around Pocatello or Twin Falls...in other words you haven't seen Idaho

I don't think he talkin' about actual trees dumbass, I think he meant that if you're looking for good Marijuana don't go looking in fucking Idaho.

"Trees" and "420" are common slang for Marijuana lol
