North Korea's foreign minister has accused US President Donald Trump of declaring war on his country and said Pyongyang had the right to shoot down US bombers.

There was never any peace after the Korean War, only an armistice. Both sides are still technically at war.

Actually NK breaks of talks all the time, so I'm not even sure if the Armistice even applies.

We all think that of N. K. but things are suppose to be getting really shady with him. Also we have planes flying near their borders I think ... He is claiming some bs we did is an act of war etc...
