NATIONAL FRIED CHICKEN DAY!

Is there room for barbecue chicken? That's my culinary specialty. But on the subject of fried chicken, Safeway's delis aren't half-bad. They're somewhat similar to KFC.

Plant fat is usually not healthy for us. Canola oils are horrible. Olive oil is but ain't gonna fry up so good. We are meant to digest animal fat.
