Trump facing RICO charge and several conspiracy charges

Donald Trump was indicted on more than a dozen charges by Fulton County District Fani Willis on Monday stemming from the former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia.

The grand jury approved charges against Trump for a violation of Georgia’s RICO law – or Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization – which accuses Trump of being part of a broad conspiracy to attempt to overturn the election result.

Harrison Ford?

Ironically he may reprise his role in The Fugitive

Georgia governor cannot pardon for state crimes. All these Republicans are looking at prison sentences that they cannot be pardoned for, no matter who is POTUS in 2025. So, they either flip on Trump to reduce their sentences, or they are fucked. Trump's only Hail Mary is to get it moved to Federal Court. And I don't see that happening.

Well...clearly you haven't read the indictment....so nobody really knows what this cock&bull shit is going to be about.
Seems the Democrats want to make it illegal for anyone to say outloud that the election was rigged.
So we should just shoot anyone who does in the future I guess.

Now we have read it, well the rest of us have I know it is impossible for you to bother, and looks like your bullshit is, well, bullshit. Yet another example of idiots like you complaining that Trump is being indicted for something that he is not actually being indicted for.

You might have been clueless but most of us know, generally, what was going to be in the indictment. It is pretty obvious at this point.

Pardons are a bullshit talking point anyway. No one is pardoning Trump.

I think there's a very good chance, with Trump's latest unhinged rant against Fani Willis, that he may be held in Georgia. His team has to show that he will not attempt to intimidate witnesses, and he's doing it every day. State is not Federal, and they don't have the same concerns that DoJ does on these things. Joe Biden didn't appoint Fani Willis. There is zero connection, politically.

In addition, I can't wait to see the mug shot.
