is it happening?
are we about to start getting some of our rights back?
I remember when Gay Marriage was being debated that ONE of the arguments I saw was that states were basically compelled to accept the status of decisions by other states
the argument was that Georgia had no right to refuse to recognize the legal marriage status of a citizen from Massachusetts
OK - then conceal/carry permits ought to also be recognized across state lines, I mean we have an actual right to carry weapons that is truly spelled out in our Constitution
I expect this gun law will be heard and struck down
I also expect that Trump's travel ban will be before SCOTUS soon & that his authority over immigration policy will be upheld by SCOTUS
Neil Gorsuch to Participate in Deciding SCOTUS Gun Rights Hearing
Neil Gorsuch was confirmed to the Supreme Court on April 7 and this week will take part in deciding whether he and his fellow justices will hear the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s ruling which upheld California’s “good cause” requirement for concealed carry.
